Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order Requirement. The minimum order requirement is $200 for initial purchases. Reorders must meet a minimum value of $100.
Pricing Adjustments. Prices are subject to change. Any pricing updates will be communicated in advance.
Late Payment Charges. A late charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to all past-due invoices and outstanding balances, along with any applicable collection fees.
Pricing Terms. All prices are Ex Warehouse.

Shipping Partners. All orders are shipped from Toronto, ON via Stallion Express, unless otherwise specified. Stallion Express will ship via Canada Post for Canadian orders, and USPS will be utilized for shipments to the United States. Please note that for US orders, there are no additional taxes or duties, but multiple shipments may be necessary.
Backorders. All backorders will be honored beyond the cancellation date. Freight charges will apply to back ordered items. Any conditions for accepting backorders must be explicitly outlined on the purchase order or order form.
Order Processing. Products will be automatically shipped upon receipt of your order, unless specific written instructions regarding processing and shipping timelines have been provided.
Customer Responsibility. Customers are responsible for any backcharges or additional charges, including freight expenses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate shipping address information.

Discrepancy or Damage Claims. Any claims for discrepancies or product damage must be reported within 2 weeks of receipt.
Restocking Fee. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns, unauthorized shipments, and refused deliveries.
Return and Exchange Policy. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of product receipt. Only unused and unopened products will be accepted.

Invoicing and Payment Process. Invoices will be generated through Stripe, and you can make payments accordingly. Shipments will be dispatched once payment has been received.
Net Terms for Existing Accounts. Net terms are applicable exclusively to existing accounts.
